At Therapevo, we believe in keeping things simple and transparent. Our fees are straightforward, so you know exactly what to expect when you book a session.
Session Rates
Associate Therapists:
$170 per one-hour session.
Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT) Team:
$195 per one-hour session.
90-Minute Sessions:
Available for 1.5x the hourly rate.
Find Your Perfect Therapist
We accept all major credit cards, including many HSA and FSA cards. Payments are processed securely after your session using our PCI-compliant system.
Fees may change over time, but we’ll always provide existing clients with advance notice to ensure transparency and fairness
Insurance Coverage
We are an out-of-network provider, meaning we do not bill insurance directly. While some exceptions exist for Canadian residents, it’s your responsibility to confirm coverage with your insurance provider. We’re happy to provide documentation for out-of-network reimbursement or FSA claims.
Some HSA cards are accepted, though their compatibility can vary.
Why We Don’t Work with Insurance
Marriage Counseling
Most insurance plans don’t cover couples therapy, as it’s not considered medically necessary.
Specialized Areas
Many of the issues we address, such as betrayal trauma, pornography addiction, and relationship challenges, don’t align with insurance-mandated mental health diagnoses.
Client-Led Care
Insurance companies often dictate the number of sessions and the scope of care, which doesn’t align with our personalized, client-centered approach.
Privacy Matters
Insurance claims require sharing sensitive information that could impact future coverage or employment opportunities.

Affordable Options

If affordability is a concern, consider working with one of our highly trained Intern Therapists.
These are individuals who have completed most of their master’s-level coursework and are now gaining clinical experience under the close supervision of a seasoned therapist.
One-Hour Session:
$50
(plus applicable taxes).
Interns are supported through weekly case reviews with our team of experienced therapists, ensuring you receive excellent care.
Availability is limited, but you
