Bio

Hi, I’m Jessica. I believe every emotion you have is actually working for you — even the ones that feel overwhelming or inconvenient. That idea shapes everything about how I do therapy. I’m particularly passionate about helping neurodivergent individuals and couples build relationships that feel safe and authentic, not just functional. Outside the therapy room, I’m a curious person who loves learning and finds joy in the small, ordinary moments.

My Approach

I take a family systems approach, drawing on Emotion-Focused Therapy and Satir Transformational Systemic Therapy to explore the patterns that shape how you relate to yourself and others. My goal is to help you get genuinely curious about your inner world rather than afraid of it. Sessions with me are collaborative — you know your story best, and together we’ll figure out what growth looks like for you. Book a free 20-minute consultation and let’s find out if we’re a good fit.
