Bio

I believe that every person deserves a safe, secure space where they can feel empowered to heal. For over a decade, I have had the honour of sharing in my clients’ stories and journeying with them toward recovery and growth. It is a privilege to witness the resilience of the human spirit, and I am dedicated to using my experience and training to help you navigate life’s most difficult chapters.

I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling from Providence University and Theological Seminary and bring over ten years of clinical experience to my practice. Whether you are grieving a loss, navigating a difficult relationship, or seeking to understand yourself better, I am here to provide a steady, supportive presence.

My Approach

I operate from the belief that you are the undisputed expert on your own life. I am not here to dictate your path, but rather to offer helpful interventions, educated insights, and proven resources that help you find solutions tailored to your specific needs. Because every person is unique, I don’t believe in a “one size fits all” treatment plan. Instead, we will collaborate to create a roadmap that honors your specific goals and history.

My therapeutic style is holistic and gentle, drawing from an eclectic range of modalities including Attachment Theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Trauma-Informed Therapy. I also utilize the Hakomi Method and Self-Compassion approaches to help us look beneath the surface. Through the lens of this framework, I offer insights and tools that encourage you to engage in a deep, healing process. I often tell my clients that in our work together, you will become a student at the “University of YOU,” learning to understand your mind, body, and emotions with greater clarity and kindness.

You do not have to carry the weight of your story alone. If you are ready to begin this journey of self-discovery and healing, I invite you to schedule a consultation. Let’s discuss how we can work together to help you thrive.
