The ability to work 20–25 client hours per week within a few months of onboarding.
Comfort with technology and managing a fully virtual schedule.

A Master’s degree and/or license in counseling, psychology, MFT, or social work
Post-graduate training in marriage therapy, trauma, or addiction (or a willingness to complete required training)
Familiarity with trauma-informed care and empirically validated therapeutic approaches
Comfort with technology and video-based counseling platforms
