Bio

Hi, I’m Jeremiah. My main goal as a therapist is to help you build healthier, more meaningful relationships—both with the people you love and with yourself.

My early work in the non-profit sector opened my eyes to a fundamental truth: our family dynamics and history have a huge impact on how we function as adults. It’s where I learned the importance of peeling back the layers of our identity and behaviours to find the deeper roots of today’s challenges. This perspective is the foundation of the work I do now with individuals, couples, and families.

I know it takes real courage to reach out for help, and I meet that with respect, warmth, and a direct, down-to-earth approach. I live in Saskatoon, SK, with my wife and two kids, and when I’m not in a session, you can usually find me cooking, training in boxing, or out on an adventure with my family.

My Approach

My style is informal, friendly, and direct. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel safe enough to be yourself, so I often use humor and creativity to connect and help you feel comfortable. Together, we’ll work to reacquaint you with your authentic self and cultivate a more fulfilling life.

While I draw from several proven therapeutic models, what matters is what they do for you. My approach is designed to: (a) help you look at your life’s story in a new way, uncovering the strengths and skills you already have, (b) get to the root of stuck patterns, whether in your own life or in your relationships, and (c) focus on practical, forward-looking solutions that help you move toward the future you want.

If you’re ready to take the next step, I invite you to schedule a free, 20-minute consultation. It’s a simple way for us to connect and decide if we’re the right fit to work together.
